\nYou can use the enclosed standard form to exercise your right of withdrawal, but this is optional.
\nIV. Effect of the waiver.
\nIf you cancel this contract, we will refund you:
\n- the selling price - in the case of a contract for the sale of goods;
\n- the part of the rental price (corresponding to the time for which the rental has been paid in advance but will not be used) - in the case of a rental contract for medical equipment;
\nWe will make the refund without unreasonable delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the Goods\/Medical Equipment back, together with all accompanying documents, provided that we have received the Goods\/Medical Equipment back in good commercial condition and without any defects.
\nWe will process the refund using the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction, unless you have expressly indicated otherwise.
\nThe cancellation period is deemed to have been met if you send the goods\/medical equipment back to us before the 14-day period has expired.
\nYou are responsible for the cost of returning the goods\/medical equipment.
\nYou are solely responsible for any diminution in value of the goods\/medical equipment resulting from testing other than as necessary to establish their nature, performance and proper functioning.
\nYou accept responsibility for any damage to the goods\/medical equipment after they have been handed over to you. You cannot claim a refund for damaged goods\/medical equipment.<\/p>\n

V. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
\nThe right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
\nfor the purchase and delivery of Goods made in accordance with the Customer's requirements or according to its individual specification;
\nfor the purchase and delivery of Goods which by their nature are consumable or cannot be returned, or are factory sealed by the Manufacturer and the integrity of the packaging compromises their qualities;
\nfor the delivery of sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
\nwhere the Customer has expressly requested the trader to visit him at his home in order to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work; where, during such a visit, the trader provides other services in addition to those requested by the Customer or delivers goods other than spare parts necessary to carry out the repair or maintenance, the right of withdrawal shall apply to such additional services or goods;
\nwhere the defect is due to misuse or external causes;
\nin the other cases provided for by law.<\/p>\n
