Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal
Standard cancellation guidelines:
I. Right of withdrawal from distance or off-premises contracts.
II. You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons within 14 days.
III. The cancellation period is 14 days starting from:
- the date on which you or a third party nominated by you received the Goods (in the case of a contract for the sale of Goods);
- the date on which the contract was concluded (in the case of a medical equipment rental contract).
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with an unequivocal application sent by post to the address ”Okolovrasten cesta”.”

You can use the enclosed standard form to exercise your right of withdrawal, but this is optional.
IV. Effect of the waiver.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you:
- the selling price - in the case of a contract for the sale of goods;
- the part of the rental price (corresponding to the time for which the rental has been paid in advance but will not be used) - in the case of a rental contract for medical equipment;
We will make the refund without unreasonable delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the Goods/Medical Equipment back, together with all accompanying documents, provided that we have received the Goods/Medical Equipment back in good commercial condition and without any defects.
We will process the refund using the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction, unless you have expressly indicated otherwise.
The cancellation period is deemed to have been met if you send the goods/medical equipment back to us before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods/medical equipment.
You are solely responsible for any diminution in value of the goods/medical equipment resulting from testing other than as necessary to establish their nature, performance and proper functioning.
You accept responsibility for any damage to the goods/medical equipment after they have been handed over to you. You cannot claim a refund for damaged goods/medical equipment.

V. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
for the purchase and delivery of Goods made in accordance with the Customer's requirements or according to its individual specification;
for the purchase and delivery of Goods which by their nature are consumable or cannot be returned, or are factory sealed by the Manufacturer and the integrity of the packaging compromises their qualities;
for the delivery of sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
where the Customer has expressly requested the trader to visit him at his home in order to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work; where, during such a visit, the trader provides other services in addition to those requested by the Customer or delivers goods other than spare parts necessary to carry out the repair or maintenance, the right of withdrawal shall apply to such additional services or goods;
where the defect is due to misuse or external causes;
in the other cases provided for by law.
