B, fl. 3, app. 9, with telephone number +359 878595999 and e-mail info@grijaplus.com , hereinafter referred to as ”CARE PLUS„, collects, processes and stores personal data in connection with the use of the website www.grijaplus.bg and the conclusion of Purchase and Sale Agreements/Rental Agreements.
2. The purposes of collection, processing and storage are as follows:
creating a Customer Profile and providing full functionality when using the www.grijaplus.bg website
conclusion and performance of a contract at a distance or off-premises;
accounting purposes;
statistical purposes;
advertising purposes.
3. The legal grounds for processing personal data are as follows:
consent of the Customer;
performance of a contract to which the Customer is a party or taking steps at the Customer's request prior to entering into a contract;
compliance with a legal obligation of CARE PLUS;
protecting the legitimate interests of CARE PLUS.
4. The basic principles of collection, processing and storage are as follows:
legality, fairness and transparency;
limitation of objectives;
data minimization;
Accuracy;
storage limitation;
integrity and confidentiality;
Accountability.
5. CARE PLUS collects, processes and stores the following personal data: e-mail, name, address, telephone .
6. CARE PLUS guarantees the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided. The latter will not be used, provided or brought to the knowledge of third parties outside the cases and under the conditions set out in this Policy or provided for by law.
7. Personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties, except:
the payment service provider processing the payment;
the courier company with which the deliveries are made;
the accounting department of CARE PLUS;
the bank financing the payment.
8. Processing shall be carried out by electronic means for recording and storing information.
9. All electronic media containing personal data shall be protected by appropriate organizational and technical measures as required to prevent accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration or dissemination, as well as other unlawful forms of processing.
10. CARE PLUS stores personal data in electronic form and on cloud systems of reliable providers, and technical and organizational measures are taken to protect personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing.
10.1. Personal data shall be stored for the period specified in the applicable legal requirements. If no such period is specified, the data shall be destroyed after the purposes for which it was collected have been fulfilled.
10.2 Where personal data is contained in accounting records on paper or technical media, the retention period shall be 10 years.
10.3 Personal data provided upon registration shall be stored and processed for the duration of registration and deletion of the Customer Profile.
10.4 Personal data provided in connection with an Order or Request shall be retained for the period for which a complaint or other claim may be asserted in order for CARE PLUS to be able to exercise its rights of defence.
10.5. Where consent is given for marketing purposes, storage and processing is until the consent is withdrawn.
11. Customer's Rights:
11.1. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data;
11.2. Right of access to data and to information relating to the collection, processing and storage of personal data.
11.3. The right to correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete personal data at any time through the „Edit Profile“ option.
11.4. Right to erasure of personal data in the following cases:
no longer needed
withdrawal of consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
personal data have been unlawfully processed;
personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU law;
Exception to the deletion obligation:
to comply with a legal obligation requiring processing under EU law
for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
11.5. Right to restriction in the following cases:
when challenging the accuracy of personal data;
the processing is unlawful;
11.6. Right to portability.
11.7. The right to obtain information about all recipients to whom the personal data for which rectification, erasure or restriction of processing has been requested has been disclosed. CARE PLUS may refuse to provide this information if it would be impossible or would require a disproportionate effort.
11.8. Right to object
11.9. The right to complain to CARE PLUS and/or the Commission for Personal Data Protection.12. To facilitate the exercise of the Customer's rights, a template of notifications/requests to CARE PLUS is attached to this policy. The same are not binding and the statements may be made in free text.
13. Notifications/requests should be sent to the following CARE PLUS email address: info@grijaplus.com.
14. In all cases of exercise of rights, CARE PLUS shall take action to verify the identity of the person who made the notification/request and the person to whom the data relates and, after verification, shall perform its obligations under the law.
14.1. In the event of a personal data breach which may pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of the Customer, CARE PLUS shall notify the Customer without delay of the breach and of the measures taken or to be taken.
14.2 Exception to the notification obligation:
CARE PLUS has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data affected by the security breach;
CARE PLUS has subsequently taken measures to ensure that the breach will not result in a high risk to the Customer's rights and freedoms;
notification would require a disproportionate effort.
15. 16. CARE PLUS shall have the right to amend and supplement this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion by promptly disclosing it on the www.grijaplus.bg website in its current version. Any update to the Privacy Policy shall be effective upon posting on the www.grijaplus.bg website.
The Privacy Policy is effective from 01.01.2026.
